Hi! Thanks for your blogs. I love hearing of your latest adventures. Good luck on your trip to Switzerland. I haven't explored the wortld much,but I have been to Switzerland,to a village on Lake Lucerne called Brunnen, not far from Altdorf (where William Tell shot the apple on his son's head)when I was 16, with one of the first school trips after the war. Unforgettable!!! It cost £26 in total, all saved up from pennies from my dad's weighing scales, which stood on the pavement outside our shop.
